Our Story
VUE Nashville began as a single photography studio shared by a small group of local photographers, including Emmy-nominated photographer Sebastian Smith. As Sebastian’s work began taking him outside of Nashville more frequently, the studio sat empty more often than expected.
At the time, Jarett Blihovde was working alongside Sebastian and saw an opportunity. Rather than letting the space go unused, he had the idea to open it up as a rental studio for photographers and creatives across the city. That simple idea became the beginning of VUE Nashville.
What started as one shared studio quickly grew into something more. In 2019, Jarett purchased Sebastian’s half of the business and continued expanding the vision.
Today, VUE Nashville has grown into three studios serving photographers, brands, and creators throughout Nashville.
Our goal has always been simple: to provide beautiful, functional studio spaces that make professional photography accessible, inspiring, and easy to use for creators at every level.

100 Taylor Street, Nashville TN, 37208
VUE Nashville is located in Germantown inside the 100 Taylor building, at the corner of 2nd Street and Taylor Street.
There is a parking lot available directly outside the main entrance, as well as street parking along Taylor Street.
Please enter the building on the Taylor Street side, as indicated on the building directory. This main entrance is also the best place to load in and out any equipment or props you may be bringing for your shoot.
